MCP Panel
The Jetavon Mode control panel is designed with a focus on structural integrity, electrical reliability, and ease of integration. The panel body is fabricated using precision laser-cut stainless steel and finished with a durable powder coating to ensure resistance against environmental stress. All graphics are UV printed directly onto the surface, providing high contrast and long-lasting visibility.
At the core of the system are Jetavon’s proprietary PCBs, engineered to streamline internal wiring and minimize failure points. The panel incorporates five rotary encoders, each equipped with built-in push buttons, enabling multifunctional user input. For numerical and status display, five MAX7219 7-segment LED modules are integrated into the layout.
Switching control is handled through nine KD-22 switches, each featuring an inbuilt LED for state indication. Additionally, the interface includes two large toggle switches and one small toggle switch for auxiliary functions or power control. All components are assembled by trained personnel and undergo rigorous testing protocols to ensure operational consistency and long-term reliability.

It features a custom-designed PCB, LCD display, rotary encoder, three control push buttons, a coil status indicator, and a master switch for intuitive operation. Temperature can be set precisely using the custom selection system, housed within a dedicated SS-304 electronics enclosure.

RADAR System
Proprietary radar platform that integrates multiple sensor modalities to enable precise detection of human presence and motion. By fusing data from various sensing technologies, the radar enhances spatial awareness and accuracy, allowing it to reliably differentiate between static and dynamic human activity. This multi-sensor approach improves detection performance in complex environments, making it suitable for applications requiring high sensitivity and minimal false positives.
